Korruption with a K: Exposing the Government Corruption of AleK Bartrosouf Doing Special Favors for Pelanconi Campaign Donors

At the April 28, 2026 Glendale City Council meeting, public speaker Patrick Masihi spoke about the corruption he witnessed at the Transportation and Parking Commission meeting the previous day. TPC Commissioner, and City Council candidate, AleK Bartrosuf, granted special concessions for a Pelanconi neighborhood resident who donated to his and Dan Brotman’s campaigns. Interestingly, the neighbor is also a member of Dan Brotman’s Glendale Environmental Coalition (GEC), of which Bartrosouf is a member.

Bartrosouf was hand-picked by Brotman to run for City Council, to bring his anti-auto social engineering agenda to Glendale.
