How to Oppose Glendale’s Proposed Water Rate Increases

To block a proposed fee, assessment, or rate increase under California’s Proposition 218, a majority (50%+1) of affected property owners or ratepayers must submit formal written protests before the close of the public hearing.

Just print it, sign it, and mail to the City of Glendale by November 3, 2026.
