Glendale City Council member, Dan Brotman suffered more fallout over his manipulative and abuse campaign misinformation speech given at the “No Kings” rally last weekend. At the March 31, 2026, Glendale City Council meeting several public speakers made comments about his offensive rhetoric toward election candidate competitors which included inappropriate comments about women.

Brotman accused candidates of shedding “crocodile tears” for defending themselves against his misinformation campaign.
A public caller named “Vivian” called in to highlight not only Brotman’s false comments about the candidates, but also some of his violent rhetoric.
Brotman ran from the dais to hide in the back room as the speaker commenced speaking. This is not unusual for Councilmember Brotman. He frequently walks out on public speakers with whom he disagrees or when he wants to express his dislike for a member of the public.
